Refund policy

A customer may submit a request for return on regularly priced merchandise purchased online within 14 days of receiving the item (7 days for furniture, lighting, or rugs). Items must be in their original condition. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. To request your return, visit www.paulmichaelcompany.com/awrma/guest_rma/index/. Depending on the nature of your return, you may be subject to return shipping charges that will be debited from your original purchase amount returned to your original form of payment. Returns may take up to 30 days to process.

We will gladly exchange, issue a store credit, or issue a refund based on the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase daye (7 days for furniture, lighting, or rugs).

All sales are final on discounted merchandise, sale merchandise, and Steals and Deals merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept a return of a certain product and non-receipted items.

You have 14 days upon receipt of your package to report an incomplete order. If an item is missing from your order, please contact customerservice@paulmichaelhome.com or call 870-265-9837. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by Federal Express, and you are responsible for filing a Federal Express claim.
